Every year, occurrence Viral Necrosis Virus (VNN) disease in fish, their main host, causes great damage to fisheries industry. Undoubtedly, one ways succeed aquaculture industry future will be rapid diagnosis prevention aquatic diseases, which are currently biggest cause losses Failure definitively diagnose pathogen animals has led an increase use antibiotics and, while it may not lead definitive treatment, also development drug resistance. Therefore, prolonging time identification more prevalence disease, damages farms resulting costs.
